Child's pose stretch - Lattisimus Dori, Glutes, Paraspinals

Downward facing dog with pedals - Hamstrings, Gastroc, Soleus

Forward Lunge - Hip flexors (Iliopsoas, Quads)

Quad Stretch - Quads, Hip Flexors

Hamstring stretch - Hamstrings (Semitendinosus, Semimembranosus, Biceps Femoris)

Piriformis stretch - Piriformis, Glutes, Pectineous, TFL

ITB stretch - IT Band, Glutes, Hamstrings

Hip adductor stretch - Adductor Longus, b+Brevis, and Magnus, Gracilis
