Do I need a referral from my doctor?
You do not need a referral from you doctor. Washington state allows direct access to a physical therapist, allowing for streamlined care between injury and recovery.

Do you take insurance?
We are in the process of credentialing with different insurances. Please call today to see if your insurance is covered. We will also provide a superbill in which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
How many visits will I need
The average visit count is around 8 visits. You may need more, or less depending on your situation.
How often will I have physical therapy?
After your initial evaluation, the physical therapist will recommend the frequency. Patients are usually seen once or twice a week.
What should I expect for physical therapy treatments?
Nomad physical therapy takes a holistic approach to treatments. Therapy sessions will often involve manual therapy, movement analysis, strengthening, and patient education. Each treatment plan is individualized to meet your specific needs.
Where will my physical therapy sessions be held?
Nomad Physical Therapy is mobile, and we will meet you at a location convenient to you. This most commonly is at your home, or work. Therapy sessions can also be held outside.
